ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

In these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Your Next Horizon: located at Marie Koenenlaan 29, 5044 ND Tilburg, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 88772918.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Client: the natural person or legal entity that has commissioned Your Next Horizon to perform services.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    ARTICLE 2: SERVICES <\/b>(YOUR NEXT HORIZON)<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Your Next Horizon provides consultancy services in the field of Human Resources, such as HR professionalization, talent and leadership development, reorganization, and guidance on Works Council (OR) related matters. The exact services are determined in consultation with the Client and shall be recorded in writing in an assignment confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    ARTICLE 3: QUOTATIONS AND AGREEMENTS<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

    All quotations from Your Next Horizon are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is established at the moment the Client accepts the quotation from Your Next Horizon and this is confirmed in writing by Your Next Horizon.<\/span><\/p>\n

    ARTICLE 4: RATES<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

    All rates are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Your Next Horizon reserves the right to adjust rates annually. Rate changes will be communicated to the Client in a timely manner.<\/span><\/p>\n

    ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT TERMS<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

    The payment term for invoices from Your Next Horizon is 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.<\/span><\/p>\n

    ARTICLE 6: CONFIDENTIAL DATA<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

    Your Next Horizon commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all confidential information and data of the Client acquired during the execution of the agreement. Confidential information includes all information of a confidential nature provided by the Client to Your Next Horizon, as well as all information resulting from the execution of the agreement. Your Next Horizon shall only use this confidential information for the purpose for which it was provided.<\/span><\/p>\n

    ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

    Your Next Horizon is only liable for direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. The liability of Your Next Horizon is at all times limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by its professional liability insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n

    ARTICLE 8: APPLICABILITY<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

    These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements in which Your Next Horizon offers or provides services. Deviations from these terms are only valid if they have been agreed upon in writing between Your Next Horizon and the Client.<\/span><\/p>\n

    ARTICLE 9: FINAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

    All agreements between Your Next Horizon and the Client are governed by Dutch law. Disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be submitted to the competent court. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be null and void or is annulled, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Your Next Horizon and the Client will then enter into consultations to agree on new provisions to replace the void or annulled ones, whereby the purpose and intent of the original provision shall be observed as much as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
