We have conducted an assessment which indicates that we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Nevertheless, we have decided to appoint a Data Security Officer who handles all matters addressed in this Privacy Statement.
Personal data we process
We process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. We process your personal data solely to execute our services and agreements, to answer questions, for security reasons, for identification, and for administrative purposes. We also use personal data to improve the usability and quality of our website and services.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or a guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to our email address.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

How we secure personal data
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
